Exec Meeting – Parents needed!
Each Scout group has an Exec committee which helps deal with the admin side of the group. Leader are not supposed to be on the Exec although they are welcome to attend. Our group would really benefit from having a few more parents on the Exec committee. Parents provide valuable opinions and ideally we have at least one person for each section. We would like more than this however so there is a balanced representation of views. We plan to hold an Exec meeting on May 1st between 8 and 10. If you are interested in coming along please get in touch with Jon. Your help would be appreciated and it doesn’t mean you have to take a role in the group. Easyfundraising
Thanks again to all the people that have used the group’s Easyfundraising link over the last 3 months. This has raised £16.67 for our group. We have never managed to raise enough money to get a cheque issued in consecutive quarters so this was particularly well done.
