1. Air Scout Handbook - information about the troop
   
   
2. Parent Consent Form - medical and general consent form - please complete and return
   
   
3. Gift Aid Form - allows the group to claim tax back on your subscriptions - please complete the form and return. Gift Aid Q&A's
   
   
4. Code of Conduct Form - it is a condition of membership that this form is signed and returned before an Air Scout can be invested into the troop
   
   
5. Subscriptions (by Standing Order) - standing order form for parents wishing to pay subs monthly
