Your Group Needs Help!
Thanks to the parents that attended the AGM on Friday. Unfortunately we were unable to fill certain key roles within the group. The Exec committee is there to provide support to the leaders so that there is suitable insurance, premises and adequate funds for the leaders. Without the being the scenes work the group would not be able to achieve what it does. Being on the Exec committee in general does not require much commitment. Over the last few years were have made as many decisions as possible via Email so actual meetings have been limited to where there is something important to discuss. AGM 2012: June 22nd at 7.30pm
The 2nd Braintree and Bocking Air Scout Group Annual General Meeting will take place on June 22nd at 7.30pm We will aim to keep this meeting as brief as possible as we know parents are busy. We request that each family sends along a member to the meeting. The group is in need of members for the Executive Committee. JUBILEE CAMP POSTPONED
